About the role

The Customer Service Executive will manage key customer accounts, act as the primary liaison with clients, and ensure that all orders and requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

Handle key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
Ensure all orders and requirements are processed and met according to specifications.
