Technical Support Intern – Production Equipment

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on experience supporting the reliability and continuous improvement of carrier and molding production equipment. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for system and machine reliability, ensuring consistent performance.
• Establish and maintain troubleshooting and repair programs for production equipment.
• Assist engineering teams with process improvement, automation troubleshooting, and control‑system issues.
• Perform calibration activities and support process validation efforts.
• Prepare and submit maintenance records, downtime reports, and work orders on time for traceability.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate seeking an engineering‑focused internship.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams.
