Solution Delivery Manager

About the role

As a Solution Delivery Manager you will bridge cutting‑edge biometric technology with real‑world implementations, helping partners and customers deploy identity solutions for elections, onboarding, passport issuance, border control and more. You will guide projects from initial training through to independent delivery and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive training on biometric SDKs, ABIS architecture and integration methods.
• Shadow live customer sessions to understand implementation challenges.
• Take ownership of client projects, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Troubleshoot integrations, develop data‑migration code and optimise system performance.
• Deliver solo training sessions and produce technical documentation such as Factory Acceptance Tests and Deduplication Reports.
• Manage multiple end‑to‑end implementations and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Contribute feedback to product roadmaps and improve internal tools and processes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SDK integration.
• Understanding of ABIS architecture.
• Data migration and quality analysis capabilities.
