Presales Engineer – APAC

About the role

As a Presales Engineer for the APAC region, you will act as the technical backbone of the sales process, helping partners, system integrators and end‑clients understand and adopt Innovatrics' biometric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to align customer needs with biometric technology.
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs, contributing to solution designs and technical proposals.
• Travel across APAC (40‑60% travel) to support pre‑sales activities and ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Gather customer feedback and help shape future solution directions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level technical professional with experience in B2B sales environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultures and industries.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
