About the role

We are an established licensed money services business located in Johor Bahru, seeking a dedicated Teller to manage currency exchange and remittance operations. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line representative, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Process currency exchange transactions for customers.
Handle remittance services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Provide courteous service and respond to customer inquiries related to foreign exchange and money transfers.
Adhere to anti‑money‑laundering policies and reporting procedures.

Required profile

Dedicated individual with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail banking environment.
Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
