Processing Executive Internship

About the role

The Processing Executive Intern will support KONE’s Operations or Finance teams by handling day‑to‑day transaction processing activities. You will review transaction requests, validate documentation, coordinate with stakeholders and gain practical experience with tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate and SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Process transaction requests accurately within agreed Service Level Targets, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Review and validate required information and supporting documentation before processing.
• Follow up with stakeholders for additional information, clarification or approvals.
• Coordinate with other process teams and track requests to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processing.
• Perform quality checks, support daily reconciliation and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain process documentation, unit instructions and performance reporting.
• Participate in process improvement, harmonisation and identify automation opportunities.
• Learn and use automation solutions such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate and SAP.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Available for a minimum 6‑month internship.
• Previous internship, part‑time work or academic project experience in Finance, Administration, Operations or Sales is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP or similar business systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is beneficial.
