Supply Planner – Regional SCM (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Supply Planner will act as the primary interface between formulation, refilling/repacking planners, supply‑chain operations, tollers and external suppliers. You will schedule formulation, filling and packaging activities, manage material deliveries and keep Bill of Materials up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with tollers to create and agree on daily production plans based on rough‑cut forecasts and schedule deliveries of locally sourced formulants and packaging for up to six months.
• Monitor daily execution, ensuring production and material deliveries align with the plan.
• Coordinate with GS teams to schedule dispatches of finished products from tollers to customers.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders following the 4‑eyes principle.
• Generate daily toller and supplier performance reports, track KPIs, reconcile material variances and communicate actions to stakeholders.
• Support stock‑taking activities at toller warehouses.
• Maintain master data – BOM, planning parameters, procurement type and costing – in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tolling operations, procurement or logistics management.
• Proven experience in supply‑chain planning, scheduling and operations.

Required skills

• SAP (strong advantage).
