Senior Specialist, Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Delivery to support the rollout of new payment solutions across its global ecosystem. The role bridges business and technology, ensuring new capabilities are ready for deployment, implemented smoothly, and adopted by customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery readiness for new products, solutions and enhancements, including documentation, training and process preparation.
• Coordinate and track pilot implementations, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Assist with project management activities such as action tracking, status reporting and risk monitoring.
• Develop and deliver training materials and clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base and documentation repository, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business, technology and operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, payments or a related industry with a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear content.
• Experience creating documentation and training materials.
