Senior Purchasing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Purchasing Executive to lead procurement for our restaurant portfolio. You will be responsible for sourcing cost-effective supplies, managing purchasing activities and negotiating with suppliers to support our outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement across all restaurant locations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient sourcing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimise spend while maintaining quality standards.
• Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with suppliers and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
• Coordinate purchasing processes, monitor order fulfilment and resolve any supply issues.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align procurement with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple restaurant outlets and handle high-volume purchasing.
• Senior-level professionalism and decision-making skills.
