About the role

The Senior Purchasing Executive will support PEM Fasteners’ procurement activities in Negeri Sembilan, ensuring that material requirements are accurately calculated and purchase orders are issued on time. This full‑time, on‑site position is essential for maintaining smooth production flow within the manufacturing and logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Calculate material needs based on production schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders with correct quantities and pricing.
  • Ensure purchase orders are processed within defined lead times.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery dates.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Required profile

  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with a strong interest in purchasing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills for material calculation.
