Airfreight Import Customer Service Executive

About the role

As an Airfreight Import Customer Service Executive you will be the primary point of contact for inbound air shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between overseas partners, transport providers and customs authorities. You will support the logistics team by handling documentation, billing and cost control for each import transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily airfreight imports from overseas suppliers.
• Arrange inland transport and schedule deliveries to customers.
• Prepare and submit customs clearance documentation.
• Track shipments, resolve issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage billing, invoicing and cost reconciliation for import activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
