About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Purchaser to join our team in Kulai District, Johor. The role supports the procurement function by handling supplier interactions, verifying deliveries, and assisting with project documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Provide on‑site support for ongoing construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement, administration, and project files.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in purchasing and supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication abilities for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
