Senior Module Engineer – Assembly Process Specialist

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior Module Engineer to lead the planning and optimisation of assembly processes. You will work closely with project teams to reduce product cost, improve manufacturing efficiency and ensure timely release of production cells.

Key responsibilities

• Plan assembly process flows and evaluate equipment performance throughout project stages.
• Support RFQ calculations and define equipment specifications aligned with product requirements.
• Purchase, set up and release manufacturing cells on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process specifications, and maintenance strategies for line release.
• Apply problem‑solving methodologies, create troubleshooting guides and train technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement in OEE, FPY, MTTR and MTBF while participating in safety, quality, cost and delivery initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in assembly line setup, process planning, PFMEA and control plan creation.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and result‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all employee levels.
