About the role
The Operator I in Production Technical Operations supports Alcon’s manufacturing activities at the Johor site, ensuring that daily production runs comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and output targets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Alcon policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
- Monitor that all operators follow established SOPs.
- Verify that operators meet hourly output targets.
- Collect and supply production data to the Supervisor.
- Confirm that all required production materials are available and in place.
- Uphold Alcon values and standards throughout the shift.
- Observe and enforce Alcon Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
Required profile
- Must be an active Alcon employee or contingent worker applying through the internal career site.
