Senior Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the role
Bureau Veritas seeks a senior engineer to lead complex industrial construction projects such as semiconductor plants, cleanrooms, data centres and pharmaceutical facilities in Malaysia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and hand‑over.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in industrial construction, including FIDIC Engineer determinations.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, statutory requirements and authority approval processes.
- Ability to work on‑site in Selangor and travel as required.
Required skills
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
