Senior Associate – Learning Program Coordinator

About the role

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Academy team, supporting the Young Professional Programmes unit. You will help design, manage and deliver learning initiatives for internal staff and external clients, driving early‑career development and professional qualification pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Programme Lead with early‑career development and professional qualification programmes.
• Manage end‑to‑end Young Professional programmes, from enrolment through to membership.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes for clients.
• Conduct periodic course evaluations and analyse progress data for reporting.
• Oversee HRDC claims submission and support operational matters for the Professional Development Unit.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, marketing communications and promotional activities.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, content for social media, email campaigns and the website.
• Track programme marketing metrics and drive enrollment growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, professional bodies, tuition providers and universities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong client focus with excellent presentation abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to deliver results.
