About the role
The Takaful Product Specialist Trainer will design, deliver and monitor training programmes that enhance sales performance across Zurich Takaful Malaysia’s distribution channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and conduct result‑driven training content for agency members and takaful planners.
- Coach planners, assess training needs, and continuously monitor post‑training performance to close gaps.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and align programmes with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Education or related field.
- 2‑3 years experience in takaful or retail financial services, preferably in training, sales or marketing.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
