Sales Manager, Finance Industry

About the role

Glory Global, a global provider of cash technology solutions for the financial, retail, cash centre and gaming industries, is hiring a Sales Manager in Malaysia. The role covers selling a full range of Glory Global Solutions products and solutions to finance clients, including TCRs, TCDs, Quick Change, DTP, Tellerinfnity and connectivity software, while also handling the sales administration for the account.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and drive new sales streams
• Monitor accounts and markets regularly for additional revenue opportunities
• Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support business growth
• Liaise with the Business/Market development, Sales Support and Service teams to deliver complete product solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders and develop corrective action plans for customer problems
• Coordinate customer installations smoothly and protect the GGS brand with assigned customers
• Develop comprehensive account plans, report monthly on key accounts with accurate forecasts, and communicate customer feedback to stakeholders
• Identify market trends, revenue growth areas and risk mitigation strategies
• Handle sales administration such as updating the CRM, preparing reports and call plans, and collecting receivables on time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience of B2B consultative solution sales in the finance industry or a sector where service levels are a key driver
• Thorough understanding of the financial institution environment and its current trends and challenges
• Experience following a structured sales process
• Hunter mentality with high-level industry contacts
• Ability to sell solutions rather than just products to senior executives in large local and community businesses
• Ability to work independently, flexibly and with a high sense of urgency
