About the role
The Head of Partnership will act as the strategic relationship manager for key accounts, driving the acquisition and development of partnerships that deliver innovative insurance solutions and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for cooperation partners and internal functions.
- Acquire new partnerships and maintain existing ones across importers, financial companies, and on‑site garage firms.
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and implementation of partner‑related development measures.
- Coordinate solution design and implementation with relevant internal authorities.
- Develop new insurance solutions and manage partner‑specific projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (Master’s/MBA advantageous).
- 10–15 years experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
