About the role

SFP Technology is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager or Assistant Manager to lead sales growth, manage customer relationships, oversee sales operations, and drive team performance. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Lead sales growth initiatives.
Manage and nurture customer relationships.
Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations.
Drive performance of the sales team.
