Regional Procure-to-Pay Process Owner

About the role

The Regional Process Owner – Procure to Pay will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end P2P processes for AVEVA’s APAC region, based in Kuala Lumpur. The role works closely with finance, procurement and shared services teams to ensure processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and redefinition of P2P processes to achieve key design principles.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement and SSC teams to identify improvements and enhancements.
• Create and sign off Standard Operating Procedures that satisfy SOX and internal requirements.
• Map all P2P processes within Business Optix.
• Establish and lead routine governance meetings with stakeholders to report progress.
• Work with IT and other SMEs to ensure system and process changes meet design principles and enable automation.
• Maintain clear, documented hand‑offs between process steps.

Required profile

• Practical experience with Procure‑to‑Pay processes, especially using Oracle Fusion.
• Hands‑on approach to process design with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead improvement activities without formal authority.
• Proven collaboration skills with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with high motivation, resilience and accountability.
