About the role
The Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer will support the CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) module within our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring the CMP process runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and aligns with production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control the CMP process for the assigned module.
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve process‑related issues.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Required profile
- Formal training and certification in CMP process.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) process knowledge.
