Portal Onboarding Administrator

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Portal Onboarding Administrator to support the registration of its Americas business on client electronic invoice and supplier portals. This 1‑year fixed‑term position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers the chance to work within a global industrial software leader.

Key responsibilities

• Own all incoming portal registration requests for AVEVA’s Americas business.
• Maintain a documentary record of portal registrations, tracking status and informing relevant parties.
• Assess portal functionality (tenders, supplier registration, invoice/payment) and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of portal registrations and update a SharePoint directory of portals.
• Maintain an accurate log of portal login information.
• Escalate material delays to senior management and report issues to the Senior Manager, Cash Management.
• Respond to and resolve related queries while complying with all relevant policies.
