About the role
The Operator I, Production Technical Operations role is responsible for handling manual and operational tasks in production, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, maintained, and troubleshot to meet product specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re‑manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
- Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives
Required profile
- Adherence to Good Practice (GxP) regulations and Standard Operating Procedures
- Completion of all required training and commitment to continuous improvement
- Minimum education: SPM (or equivalent)
