Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing and CRM strategies that support Wearnes Quest’s business objectives. Working on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and manage CRM programs to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to optimise strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, product and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage marketing budget and track ROI of initiatives.
• Produce regular reports for senior management on campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
