Manpower Supply & Construction Executive

About the role

KMST Sdn Bhd is hiring one Manpower Supply and Construction Executive in Kuala Belait on a full-time basis. The role combines business development for manpower supply and construction services with hands-on support for recruitment, tendering and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue and close new business and build a client network for manpower supply and construction services
• Assess client needs and propose suitable manpower and construction solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents and commercial submissions, and manage tender coordination to meet deadlines
• Produce sales reports, pipeline updates and project progress reports for management
• Support recruitment and manpower coordination, including candidate sourcing and screening
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, and oversee construction activities for progress, timelines, quality and safety compliance
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations and site visits

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Construction Management or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
• Fluent English and Malay, spoken and written
• Advantages: experience in tender preparation, HR/recruitment background, knowledge of construction operations

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Tender preparation and quotation writing
• Sales, negotiation and persuasion
