About the role

BASF is offering a 3 to 6 month internship in logistics and supply chain, focused on customs and preferential management and rules of origin. The intern works within the team taking over responsibilities from the Americas team, gaining exposure to an international business environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review, finalisation and distribution of work instructions and process documentation.
  • Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Provide support for data analysis and other analytical tasks as required.
  • Help prepare meetings and take part in team discussions.
  • Support the team in maintaining and organising process-related documentation.

Required profile

  • Student of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a 3 to 6 month internship.
  • Strong willingness and motivation to learn new processes and concepts.
  • Good communication, organisational and teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
