Intern – Credit Risk Management (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This 6‑month internship offers a hands‑on experience in Customer Credit Risk Management (CCRM) within a multicultural team in Kuala Lumpur. You will apply academic knowledge to real‑world credit processes while exploring digital credit automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support order management activities, particularly for pre‑payment customers.
• Prepare and monitor reporting on CCRM key performance indicators.
• Enter customer data, including financial statements, into the BASF system and conduct basic financial analysis.
• Assist with ongoing CCRM projects such as the smart credit optimizer and other improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Available to commit to a 6‑month internship.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of maturity and independence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
