Human Resources Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in Human Resources within Bosch’s Malaysia operations. You will support HR cost analysis, digitalisation projects and employer branding initiatives while developing analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support cost analysis, simulations and forecasting for HR cost centres to aid Business Plan development.
• Assist with cross‑charging activities and related financial processes.
• Provide support on Country HR topics such as Learning & Development and Resourcing.
• Contribute to HR digitalisation projects, including data migration and process documentation.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement and automation opportunities.
• Create engaging media content for recruitment, HR events and employer branding.
• Develop written materials, source visual assets and ensure alignment with HR communication strategy.
• Support HR policy research, development and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Available for a minimum internship duration of four months.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced analytics skills.
• Good digital literacy and technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
• Project‑management knowledge is an added advantage.
