HR Manager / HR Business Partner (MNC)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing multinational convenience‑store chain as an HR Manager and Business Partner. You will work on‑site in Kuching, supporting a network of 150 retail stores and collaborating directly with senior management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR activities across a large retail network, ensuring consistent policies and processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all store and corporate positions.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce strategies.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR best practices within an MNC environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in retail or a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior leaders.
