About the role

Life & Takaful New Business – Group Operation is a department within the operation and technology function of New Business covering Group products. Its main objectives are to support the sales and marketing team in growing new business volume and value, manage client SLA expectations, and work towards SOP improvements.

Key responsibilities

Process member data and issue billing for Group Term Life/Takaful, Group Mortgage and Group Decreasing products.
Work closely with the Banca Sales team on master policy and member processing matters.
Complete tasks within agreed SLA.
Handle assigned enquiries.
Manage new business or renewal issuance end‑to‑end.
Undertake ad‑hoc tasks or projects/initiatives from the Company.

Required profile

Strong Group Operations insurance experience and knowledge in Life and/or Takaful.
Fast learner and independent.
Hardworking and cooperative among team members.
Effective communication skill.
Positive attitude.
