Trading Operations Officer

About the role

IC Markets Global seeks a systems‑driven Trading Operations Officer to configure, deploy and maintain trading platforms and connectivity infrastructure. The role blends technical expertise with strong relationship management to support product launches and ensure seamless integration across internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of oneZero Hub and bridge configurations, and configure MT4/MT5, cTrader and other platforms for new products.
• Maintain real‑time connectivity with liquidity providers and prime brokers, troubleshoot latency and routing issues.
• Lead deployment of new instruments, conduct UAT, regression testing and manage release documentation.
• Monitor trade flow, build alerting tools, and investigate post‑event anomalies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL or Python to track execution metrics and liquidity performance.
• Collaborate with technology, risk and compliance teams to align systems with business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in trading operations, systems integration or platform engineering within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Expert knowledge of oneZero, MT4/MT5, cTrader and FIX protocol.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order routing and liquidity management.
• Ability to work independently under time‑sensitive conditions and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
