About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head its Advisors & Consulting Services team within the Strategy & Transformation practice. The role will drive high‑impact client engagements, shape strategic programs, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements spanning strategy, operations and transformation challenges.
• Develop and deliver data‑driven strategies and programs for regional and global clients.
• Own senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite, ensuring commercial success.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor, championing Mastercard’s recommendations.
• Guide project teams through problem‑solving, delivering high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.
• Motivate and manage delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal Mastercard stakeholders, including product and business units.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in management consulting or advisory services, preferably within financial services or digital payments.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams on large‑scale transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior‑level client relationships.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering measurable client value.
