Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner drives accurate demand forecasts, optimises inventory and collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other functions. You will use AI‑driven forecasting tools, historical data and stakeholder insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales, marketing and consensus forecasts for the planning horizon, enriching AI baseline forecasts with inputs from multiple teams.
• Analyse historical sales trends, inventory flows and demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast performance, implement corrective actions and support gap‑closing scenario planning.
• Prepare and adjust forecasts for sales/order intake review meetings and demand sign‑off meetings.
• Manage inventory levels, ensure SAP data quality, monitor orders and coordinate hand‑over to distribution.
• Track supply situations, identify issues and apply corrective actions promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management or data analysis.
• Strong continuous‑improvement mindset with customer focus.
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with O9 forecasting platform (preferred).
• Experience using SAP for data management and order monitoring.
