Planner / Senior Planner – Customer Order Planning

About the role

Responsible for managing customer orders for complex projects from start to delivery, acting as the main interface with EDL counterpart and customers. The role ensures smooth coordination across stakeholders and supports continuous improvement within the Bosch Production System.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external parties to address order issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to control inventory at plant and external warehouses.
• Maintain accurate demand loading in SAP for MRP runs and prepare production schedules.
• Track daily production output, attend Daily Leadership Routine, and manage raw material issues with procurement planners.
• Arrange shipments, optimize logistics costs, and handle special freight and overtime claims.
• Prepare performance reports and support BPS initiatives such as Pull System, Leveling, and EPEI.
• Execute production planning using Procon Planning Tool and develop automation dashboards (Power BI, RPA).
• Mentor junior planners and lead cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, production planning or supply chain.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
