Logistic Specialist – Supply Chain & Transportation

About the role

The Logistics and Transportation Specialist collaborates across Singapore, Emerging Markets and Malaysia to optimise cost, service and quality throughout the supply chain. The role leads small projects, supports business cases for technology investments and ensures smooth execution of warehousing contracts while maintaining compliance and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound transportation and warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage 3PL warehouse processes, including stock counts, movements, value‑added operations and inventory updates in WMS/ERP.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transportation activities, performing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Synchronise stock data between SAP and WMS through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Lead small transport projects, calculate capacity, design schedules and set system parameters for optimal network performance.
• Oversee invoicing, cost control and commercial tariff negotiations with service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or vocational education in Warehousing and Logistics (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with vocational education in supply chain, transport, logistics, operations or physical distribution.
