Customer Service Executive – Ipoh Branch

About the role

Join Zurich Insurance’s Ipoh branch as a Customer Service Executive, acting as the primary liaison between customers, agents and the company. You will provide accurate product and service information, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain high satisfaction for both Conventional and Takaful insurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and agents, perform verification and due‑diligence, and process queries via face‑to‑face, phone or email.
• Administer and check all required forms and documents, ensuring they are completed, signed and uploaded promptly.
• Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or Head Office for swift resolution.
• Promote the self‑serve customer portal and generate sales leads where possible.
• Provide feedback on service gaps and undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in customer service, insurance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an empathetic approach.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and ability to build rapport.
• Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
