Strategic Account Manager

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager will drive Philips’ market presence and revenue growth within key healthcare accounts in Malaysia, focusing on commercial targets, share‑of‑wallet expansion, and customer engagement through both direct and partner‑led channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales and margin objectives across assigned strategic accounts and monitor performance metrics.
• Expand Philips’ footprint across imaging, monitoring, and connected care solutions by identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Build multi‑level relationships with hospital executives, clinicians, and procurement teams to drive trust and loyalty.
• Guide channel partners in a hybrid model to accelerate deal closure and ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
• Track funnel health, opportunity progression, and provide regular business reviews to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret pipeline data and forecast accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred).
