Campaign Management Assistant Internship

About the role

X10 Media is looking for a Campaign Management Assistant to join its team in Kuala Lumpur. When a brand signs with the agency, someone has to make the campaign happen: turning briefs into creator shortlists, shortlists into contracts, reviewing content, chasing deadlines and reporting results to the client. You will work alongside a Project Manager on live campaigns, taking on real parts of the process from early on.

The internship lasts a minimum of 20 weeks (5 months).

Key responsibilities

• Help shape campaign concepts from client briefs and contribute to the thinking behind them
• Build creator shortlists and assess each creator's value against campaign KPIs
• Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies aligned with campaign goals
• Analyse performance data, provide insights, deliver regular reports and run post-campaign analysis compared with industry benchmarks
• Assess influencer value, negotiate competitive rates and build relationships with influencers
• Support adherence to processes and quality standards across influencer curation, content review, project management and communication between parties

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Familiar with creators and social platforms and knows what a good campaign looks like
• Proactive: notices when things go quiet and follows up before problems arise
• Able to hold a professional conversation with people you are negotiating with, or willing to learn quickly
• Willing to commit to a minimum of 20 weeks (5 months)
