Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is looking for an Associate Managing Consultant to lead Deploy engagements. In this role you will guide clients through strategic change initiatives that leverage Mastercard’s data, platforms and payment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑impact projects, overseeing scope, schedule, risk and inter‑dependencies.
• Drive program and change management activities to ensure delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze cards and payments portfolio performance, benchmark results and translate insights into product, portfolio and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement Mastercard assets and services that create value for clients.
• Identify, define and realize benefits from strategic initiatives, tracking progress to achievement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program and change management within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of card, payments and related financial products.
• Ability to manage complex, inter‑dependent projects and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and benchmarking.

Required skills

• Program and change management methodologies.
• Payments industry knowledge, including card products.
