About the role

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our product media workflow. The role involves capturing, editing and uploading product images and videos to our e‑commerce platforms, ensuring that online listings are accurate and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

Take high‑quality photographs and video footage of auto‑parts products.
Edit images and videos to meet brand standards.
Upload edited media and product information to e‑commerce platforms.
Maintain organized digital asset libraries.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches.

Required profile

Detail‑oriented individual with a keen eye for visual quality.
Ability to work independently in an on‑site office environment.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
