About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Johor Bahri office. The role provides a basic salary plus incentive and is open to fresh graduates eager to begin their professional journey in administration and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to salesman inquiries, ensuring accurate and complete information is communicated.
• Prepare, review, and issue quotations in a timely manner, adhering to company pricing guidelines.
• Enter and process purchase orders within the CRM system, maintaining proper documentation and tracking.

Required profile

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks, minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity.
• Shows a proactive attitude by anticipating needs and taking initiative to support sales and procurement processes.
• Open to fresh graduates, offering an entry‑level opportunity to develop professional skills in an office environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
