6-Month Business Internship – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

Join BASF in Kuala Lumpur for a six‑month internship where you will support daily operations and projects within a business function such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources or Business Administration. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a global, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ongoing projects and routine tasks in the assigned department.
• Conduct research, gather data and perform basic analysis to aid business decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement, efficiency or customer outcomes.
• Follow BASF’s safety, quality and operational standards.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Available to commit to a six‑month internship.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and commitment to safety and sustainability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with maturity and independence.
