Telesales Executive

Missions

• Generate qualified leads for financial products through outbound calls.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate call notes and prospect information.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and objections professionally.

Profil recherche

• Excellent communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced call environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a team‑player spirit.
