About the role

Join Zurich’s new Digital Native Insurance Platform team in Kuala Lumpur, building a web application for customers across the Asia Pacific region. You will help shape highly automated insurance products and processes.

Key responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse product and process requirements.
Identify gaps, propose automation opportunities and document product data and business rules.
Configure products, processes and rules in the system with provided training.
Collaborate with IT vendors, partners and internal delivery teams to ensure pragmatic project delivery.

Required profile

Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, including prior insurance business analysis.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to work across diverse Asian cultures.
