Sr. Associate, Validation

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate in Validation to support and execute validation and qualification activities across processes, equipment, systems, and facilities. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and correcting validation protocols while providing technical support and managing departmental expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized technical tasks and research to optimize validation outcomes.
• Ensure equipment, systems, and processes operate effectively and comply with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, design protocols, analyze data, and prepare validation and qualification reports.
• Verify that products and processes meet predefined criteria and support aseptic process management.
• Review and approve change control documentation and provide audit support.
• Develop protocols for product transfers and launches.
• Adhere to GxP regulations, follow SOPs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CSV/CQV.
• Good communication skills.
