Senior Product Specialist Representative (Oncology) – Northern Region

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist Representative (Oncology) will promote and sell MSD oncology products to private and government healthcare professionals across the Northern Region of Malaysia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with medical, legal and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve strategic sales objectives such as market growth, formulary listings and new product market priming.
• Develop and execute account management plans for top accounts, including focus‑group meetings, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and digital programs.
• Proactively manage territory performance, plan promotional activities and ensure timely submission of documentation and reports.
• Maintain 100% compliance with internal medical, legal and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Arts or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with oncology exposure.
• Strong presentation, relationship‑building and sales achievement record.
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity and customer‑centric focus.
