About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive growth and profitability across assigned products, focusing on risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily work processes in the designated territory to meet operational and strategic objectives.
Analyze customer needs and recommend improvements to processes, service, or products.
Lead short‑term projects (3‑9 months) with defined scope.
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide training on products and services to customers and internal teams.
Offer technical advice to solve problems and improve business performance.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree.
Knowledge of sales principles, techniques and terminology.
Understanding of insurance industry regulatory requirements.
Ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance where required.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
