Senior Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Executive at QS you will shape the communication strategy for 13 international conferences and a suite of publications, turning audience insights into timely, engaging content. Working in a hybrid setting in Kuala Lumpur, you will bridge strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive registration, engagement and brand awareness across the higher‑education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end integrated marketing campaigns for conferences, summits and recurring publications.
• Design, build, test and optimise responsive email programmes in HubSpot, ensuring personalisation, mobile rendering and deliverability.
• Create and maintain audience segmentation lists using contact, company and behavioural data.
• Develop performance dashboards and provide data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making.
• Brief creative, paid‑media and social teams, coordinating with Content, PPC, Events and Delegate Sales to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within events or publishing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working both strategically and tactically in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot (email marketing, segmentation and reporting).
