Senior Associate - Business Development

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Development team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will help shape go‑to‑market strategies, support proposal development, and drive revenue growth across the firm’s priority areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in proposal development for key accounts, refining value propositions and ensuring compliance with proposal guidelines.
• Gather and organise required information for submissions, including company credentials and financial data.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives both internally and externally, monitoring execution and providing additional assistance as needed.
• Develop and analyse Salesforce reports and dashboards, presenting findings to improve business processes.
• Contribute to the firm‑wide Client Listening Programme, helping design the plan, monitor progress and promote a listening culture.
• Coordinate team meetings and stakeholder touch‑points, and participate in global PwC discussions on market developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business development or a related function.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English with strong presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to summarise information and formulate recommendations.
• Strong business acumen, organisational and communication skills, and confidence to voice viewpoints.
• Proven project‑management capability and a structured approach to handling multiple initiatives.
